协议总则
These 服务条款 of Service (the "服务条款") are a binding agreement between you and Rola IP, Inc. They incorporate our 隐私 Policy and 可接受使用 Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
资格与账户
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We require two-factor authentication on every account.
可接受使用
Your use of the Services must comply with our 可接受使用 Policy and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the targets you access and the data you collect. We may suspend access for violations.
Use it responsibly.
Proxies are powerful. Scrape public data lawfully, respect robots directives where required, and never use the Services to access systems you are not authorised to.
订阅与计费
Paid plans are billed in advance on a daily, monthly, or usage basis as described at checkout. Pay-as-you-go balances are drawn down as you consume bandwidth or threads. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in USD and exclusive of taxes unless stated.
试用与额度
New accounts receive promotional credit to evaluate the Services. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be revoked if we detect abuse. Pay-as-you-go gigabytes you purchase do not expire while your account is active.
退款
Because proxy capacity is consumed in real time, fees are generally non-refundable. If the Services materially fail and we cannot remedy it, contact support — we review refund requests in good faith and may issue credit at our discretion.
可用性与 SLA
We target 99.9% monthly network uptime, and 99.99% for enterprise plans with a signed SLA. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on our status page. SLA credits, where applicable, are your sole remedy for downtime.
知识产权
We retain all rights in the Services, including the dashboard, APIs, documentation, and brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them per these 服务条款. You retain all rights in the data you lawfully collect.
终止
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these 服务条款, the AUP, or applicable law, or to protect the network. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.
免责声明
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any particular target will be reachable.
责任限制
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability under these 服务条款 will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
适用法律
These 服务条款 are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
